By using Recap Scout, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that preserves a useful, trustworthy community directory.

Accounts and community activity

You are responsible for your account credentials. Do not automate votes, create accounts to manipulate rankings, submit deceptive information, impersonate podcast creators, or interfere with the service. We may remove abusive activity or suspend access needed to protect the directory.

Directory information and rankings

Podcast descriptions and artwork may come from their creators or public catalog sources. Rankings combine third-party rating signals, verified community votes, and catalog-quality evidence. They are editorial discovery aids, not endorsements or guarantees.

External services

Links to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Patreon, podcast websites, and other services take you to third-party properties. Recap Scout does not control their content, availability, purchases, subscriptions, or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

TV and podcast names, artwork, trademarks, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. Recap Scout’s original design, editorial copy, software, and ranking presentation may not be copied or misused without permission.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Catalog matches can be incomplete or incorrect, and features may change as the product develops. Send corrections through the verified submission process.
